Calculator Accuracy

The calculator uses the official Help to Buy interest escalation formula as published by GOV.UK. However, projections use assumed inflation rates (RPI/CPI) which may differ from actual future rates. Property value estimates are user-provided and may not reflect actual market values. Always verify figures with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Broker Referral

When you submit the contact form, your details are shared with our partner mortgage adviser for the purpose of arranging a consultation. We receive a referral fee for successful introductions.
